Simply measure your dog's neck at the base for the proper collar size. The collar does not stretch itself, so make sure you leave two fingers of space between the collar and your dogs neck.
The measurement range indicates how small or large the collar can be made, starting from the buckle to the first hole then from the buckle to the last hole.
